The package is valid for 30 days. May be charged on all devices. 5G surfing will only be possible for devices that support 5G and within coverage areas. Purchase cancellation in accordance with the site’s policy.

• If you already have a physical SIM or prepaid eSIM, select the option “I have a sim or eSIM” and the package will be automatically updated to the number you requested to recharge.
• If you need a physical SIM, choose the option “I need a physical SIM”, and the desired delivery method:
  Home delivery at a cost of NIS 35 via a UPS courier, and one of our representatives will contact you to coordinate the delivery. (Delivery time is about 3 business days)
  Or self-collection from our address – 1 Shaham Street, BSR Migdal Tower C Petah Tikva, Sunday-Thursday 9:30-18:00 and by prior arrangement only by calling 0737273030.
• If your device supports eSIM technology and you need a prepaid eSIM, choose the “I need an eSIM” option, at the end of the process you will receive the new phone number with the package you selected and a QR code that you will need to scan, in the “Confirmation code” field you must enter the phone number you received.
