• If you already have a physical SIM or prepaid eSIM, select the option “I have a sim or eSIM” and the package will be automatically updated to the number you requested to recharge.
• If your device supports eSIM technology and you need a prepaid eSIM, choose the “I need an eSIM” option, at the end of the process you will receive the new phone number with the package you selected and a QR code that you will need to scan.
